RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy with your HANDLURIA purchase.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in their original condition and free from perfume, smoke, pet hair, stains, washing, alterations, damage, or any visible signs of wear. Returns that show evidence of use may be refused or may not qualify for a full refund.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged.
Items returned without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Handmade and One-of-a-Kind Pieces
Many HANDLURIA garments are handmade, hand-painted, bleached, printed, or otherwise artistically altered.
Minor variations, brush marks, paint textures, printing irregularities, and natural characteristics of handmade work are considered part of the artwork and do not constitute defects.
Exchanges
Because most HANDLURIA pieces are one-of-a-kind, exchanges may not always be possible. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, provided the item remains in its original condition.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
